How much notice is needed when booking a Bouncy Castle?
Bouncy Castles get booked very quickly, especially in the summer, so to avoid disappointment we recommend booking as soon as possible. However there is always a chance that we will have an available Castle for hire, so don’t hesitate to call us last minute.

When are the Bouncy Castles available to hire?
Our Bouncy Castles are available for hire 7 days a week, including bank holidays. They are available for hire all year round. We also hire castles overnight and for extended periods.

What are the prices for hiring a Bouncy Castle?
We have a large range of Bouncy Castles and Slides. The price generally starts from as little as £40. Delivery, setup and collection are included in the price. Please contact us if you wish to hire a castle for a longer period of time, and we will be more than happy to help.

How long can I hire a Bouncy Castle for?
Most people generally just hire a castle for the day, however it can be arranged for you to keep the castle for a longer period if required. This is subject to availability and in most cases will have an additional charge. We will deliver at an agreed time in the morning, and collect in the evening of the day agreed.

Is a deposit required?
We do not require a deposit for the hire of any of our Bouncy Castles.

How do I pay for the Bouncy Castle?
We accept cash on delivery, and we can also accept payment with a credit/debit card via Paypal. You do not need to be registered to Paypal in order to do this. We will send you an email invoice with all details. We can also accept cheques, as long as we receive the cheque in sufficient time for the funds to clear before your delivery date. We do not accept cheques on delivery.

Am I able to cancel my booking?
All bookings cancelled prior to the day of event will not incur a charge. Bookings cancelled on the day of event may incur a charge. This is at the discretion of A2B Party Hire personnel.

What happens if it rains?
All of our Bouncy Castles come with a built in shower cover, so that if it is showery, you will stay dry whilst bouncing! However, we completely understand if you wish to cancel due to bad weather. Bouncy Castles should not be used in extreme weather conditions for health and safety reasons.

What happens if my garden is on a slope?
Please let us know this when booking, and we can come and assess this prior to your delivery date. Bouncy Castles are not permitted on very steep slopes for health and safety reasons.

How much space is needed for a Bouncy Castle?
There needs to be a minimum of 4 feet at the front and back of the castle, and 2 feet either side. This is to allow access to the blowers. Please insure that your garden is clear of any toys, dog poo, rubbish, garden furniture, or anything which will be in the way or may damage the castle.

Can I have a Bouncy Castle or Inflatable in a hall or indoor venue?
Yes, we regularly take bookings for indoor events and hall’s. We have equipment in the form of sand bags to anchor the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable to stop it from moving around the floor. All we ask is that you let us know the height of the area were the castle is going to be situated to make sure it fits in when booking.

How long does it take to set up and pack away the Bouncy Castle?
It takes approximately 15 minutes to set up, and 20 minutes to pack away. This is just an average time, it may take slightly longer depending on the access.

What happens if we have no access to the garden other than through the house?
We can deliver your Bouncy Castle through the house if it is agreed with the homeowner. If it has been raining, there may be a risk of water and dirt being trapped inside the castle, which sometimes has a tendency to leak out onto the floor or carpet. Bouncy Castles are larger and heavier than expected, so if access via the house is needed, we may need a bit of help or may need to wheel the sack barrow through the house. In this situation please leave the maximum amount of room and remove all obstacles as we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused. Every care is taken to ensure we leave everything as clean as possible.

Is there anything I need to provide?
We provide all the hardware equipment relating to the Bouncy Castle, however you will need to provide us with a 240V mains power supply (General mains socket is fine). We also can provide a petrol generator if there is no power available anywhere. There is an extra charge for the hire of this to cover the cost of petrol. Please contact us for any questions regarding petrol generators.

Are you insured?
Yes, we hold £5 Million public liability insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate and a safety certificate for the bouncy castle can be supplied upon request. This insurance is for the equipment that we supply and NOT for personal injury.

Do you provide any safety instructions?
With every Bouncy Castle Hire, we supply all safety instructions.

Is there a maximum age for using the Bouncy Castle?
As we have a large range of Bouncy Castles and Slides available we cover all age groups from children to adults.
